The Alliance for Home Health Quality & Innovation is pleased to introduce our monthly Twitter chat. The “Healthy At Home” monthly Twitter chat intends to bring together various stakeholders in the home health policy community, including home health associations, providers and caregivers, patients and clinicians. We’re excited to engage you in a new conversation about the value that home health care can offer to patients in the U.S. healthcare system.
