December #HomeHealthChat: Health Information Technology Adoption

On Tuesday, December 17th, the Alliance hosted its monthly #homehealthchat on Twitter.

The topic of the chat was health information technology adoption, featuring co-host the National Partnership for Women and Families’ Consumer Partnership for eHealth, a non-partisan coalition led by the National Partnership for Women & Families, which has been working since 2005 to ensure that efforts to drive health information technology adoption meet the needs of patients and their families.

November #HomeHealthChat: Coordinating Care from the Emergency Department to the Home

On Tuesday, November 26th, the Alliance hosted its monthly #homehealthchat on Twitter.

The topic of the chat was coordinating care from the emergency department to the home, featuring co-host Urgent Matters, a national initiative funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, dedicated to finding, developing and delivering strategies to improve patient flow and reduce emergency department (ED) crowding.

The Alliance hosts a home health-focused Twitter chat on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 2 pm ET. The December chat will have a special date and time due to the holidays, and will occur December 17th at 12:30pm ET. Be sure to check here for updates on topics, co-hosts, and questions!
